It’s National Moth Week! See what the buzz is about as we light the way for moths and more.

Join us for a special night!  We will use a powerful mercury vapor light to attract all kinds of moths and bugs into our view. Learn about different species of moths and how they differ from butterflies. Understand how light affects the natural world and what you can do to help wildlife where ever you go.

• Bring: water, flashlight, weather appropriate clothing, and camera
• Meet: Park Headquarters, Tram Turnaround
• Cost: Entry fee is $5 for adults and FREE 12 & under (Park entry free with Texas State Park Pass.).
